Very helpful and friendly staff who could all make themselves understood in English. Great location within ten minutes walking distance of Taipei main station. Close to a good night market and plenty of restaurants close by. Breakfast came in little plastic boxes and changed each day. I was told that there were three variations but we had four different ones on our four mornings. The free coffee was excellent and you could fill up your water bottle for free as well. Hot water was plentiful and HOT.

Good location, clean room, good toilet and shower room, providing free basic needs like drinking water, hot water boiler, coffee and tea, microwave, refrigerator. Reception staff are friendly, helpful, and communicate well in English.

The location is very convenience, close to metro, airport express and train station. There are hot & iced water dispenser at lobby, also complimentary hot chocolate, macha drink, tea and coffee available. It is an environmental friendly hotel and provides room cleaning only every 3 nights, though we can throw away trash at the lobby garbage bins. I booked twin bed room by mistake. There were not much space to open 2 luggage bags. Then we relocated the beds and put them together (we restored the set up before checking out), then we found the room was actually quite spacious.

1) It is walking distance to Taipei Main Station, lots of good food, including the famous black pepper cakes, Liu Shan Dong beef noodles and many BBT stalls. We could even walk to Ximending night market. 7-Eleven, steam buns and scallion pancake are next door. 2) Free hot drinks & water dispenser in the lobby. Lobby has tables and seats. Complimentary snacks, disposable room slippers & mini fridge in the room. 3) Laundry machine / dryer (100 NTD per run) 4) Room was quite clean. Luggage stands available. Modern toilets.

The location is good, near Taipei main station, neat Xi meng ting. Spacious. Staff is responsive and serves with a smile and is very polite. Best thing was, we were supposed to arrange one day in advance if we need airport transfer, but I sent a email only just before I board the plane, and was pleasantly surprised to see a driver with my name held at the arrival exit. Staff explained very clearly that it is a sustainable hotel, so there no changing of towels and making of room, but if we need to change tower, we could call them. No breakfast, but we were given a welcome beer.

The hotel is located quite near to Taiwan main station, so in a good position for reaching all Taipei areas. The staff is kind and available for any need, always smiling and helping (also for booking a taxy). The area is full of restaurants and places where to eat, full of life as well. I appreciate the taking care of the environment by asking how often you need to tidy-up your room.

The service was great. From greeting, checking in, helping us book a cab to the airport, and finally letting us chill in the lobby until it was time to go. I also left my umbrella (intentionally) in the room and they emailed me within a couple hours of checking to see if I need it back (which I didn't so I told them they could use it for sharing). The location was also decent and the space was pretty okay for Taipei (most of my experiences were that it's too cramped but this was fine!). We had some issues arriving at the hotel because Taipei Main Station was a bit confusing and we couldn't find the right and closest exit that had escalators or lift, so we ended up lugging our luggages up stairs. It was quite a workout! No breakfast here, but you don't need it because it's Taipei. :P

The room is super clean, facilities are great and located only 5 minutes walk from Tai Pei main station. Lots of food and local eateries around and near to convenient shop. The staffs are extremely attentive and helpful. Helped us to follow up on the pickup arrangements and when WiFi having issues, provided us another router for smoother internet. They even provide washing machine and dryer for self washing, only have to pay TWD100 in coins, or exchange over the reception.
